Questions about delivery
Can I cancel my order?
Use the support details in your order confirmation as soon as possible to request cancellation. Your print is made to order, so cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
How do I order my poster?
Choose your design, open Final Preview and select your product, size and frame where available. Tap Prepare for Purchase to make your personalised product available in our store. This can take a few minutes. Once ready, tap View in Store to review it and complete your purchase. Preparing a product does not place an order or take payment.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your chosen products and delivery address. The available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Your print is made to order. Production and delivery times depend on the product and your location. Check the estimated delivery date at checkout and any updates in your order emails. Estimates may be affected by weekends, bank holidays or courier delays.
Can I change my delivery address?
Use the support details in your order confirmation as soon as possible to request an address change. Changes may not be possible once your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a link in your dispatch email. Use it to follow your delivery. If your prints arrive in separate parcels, check the tracking information for each parcel.
What should I do if my order is late or missing?
Check the estimated delivery date and any tracking updates first. If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, use the support details in your order confirmation to ask for help. Include your order reference.
Can I send a print as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and use your own email address for order updates.
Will all my prints arrive together?
Your prints may arrive in separate parcels. Check your dispatch emails for delivery updates and any tracking information for each parcel.
